How we handle your details, and how to stop receiving messages from us.

What we collect
Why we collect it
To confirm and manage your booking or order, to answer your enquiry, to publish reviews you choose to leave, and — only if you tick the box — to send you the weekly weekend line-up and occasional offers by SMS.
SMS messages
We send at most one marketing SMS per week, usually on Thursday afternoon. We do not send messages at night. Every marketing message tells you how to stop. You can also ask any member of staff to remove you, or reply STOP to any message. Booking confirmations and updates are service messages and are sent even if you have opted out of marketing.
Who sees your data
Only our staff who need it to serve you, and the service providers that deliver our website, SMS and payments (for example our SMS gateway and M-Pesa). We do not sell your data. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Booking and order records are kept for up to 24 months for accounting and dispute purposes. Marketing consent is kept until you withdraw it. Reviews remain published unless you ask us to remove them.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can withdraw marketing consent at any time. Call or email us and we will action it. You also have the right to complain to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner in Kenya.
Cookies
We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in to the staff area and to protect forms against cross-site request forgery. We do not use advertising cookies. If analytics is switched on, it is configured to collect aggregate visitor numbers only.
