A bar worth staying for
Wines, whiskies, gins, ice-cold beers and cocktails mixed to order. The shelves are stocked, the fridges are cold and the bar stays open until the last table leaves.

Our story
An entertainment bar on the Kisumu–Busia highway, built for cold drinks, good food and long nights with friends.
Who we are
Nebraska Lounge & Grill started with a simple idea: Ugunja deserved a proper place to drink, eat and celebrate — not a stop on the way to Kisumu, but a destination of its own.
Today we run a bar-bistro at Sira Center and a rooftop at Wells Petrol — two branches, one in the heart of town and one looking over it. The bar runs late, the grill runs from morning, and the weekend DJ keeps the town out.
We are proudly local. Our team is from Ugunja, our produce comes from the market down the road, and our music is the music of this place.

What we stand for
Wines, whiskies, gins, ice-cold beers and cocktails mixed to order. The shelves are stocked, the fridges are cold and the bar stays open until the last table leaves.
Charcoal, not shortcuts. Meat bought fresh, grilled to order, served with kachumbari made that morning. If it is not good enough for our own table, it does not leave the kitchen.
Our regulars get greeted by name. Bookings are honoured, tables are held, and someone always checks that your glass is not empty.
Resident DJs, guest acts and a proper sound system. We book acts that people talk about on Monday — and we keep the sound clean, never deafening.
In the community
We employ locally, buy from Ugunja traders and host community meetings in the conference hall. When Ugunja does well, we do well.
